Thomas Peake was born in 1712, the son of Samuel Peake 1669-1724 and his wife nee Margaret Eld.
He married Mary Plant of Swinnerton in Staffordshire.
Thomas Peake died in 1772. His Will is dated 3 October 1772 and was proved on 8 October 1773.
He appears to have had no surviving children, and his estate was bequeathed to his wife, his nephews Samuel Peake, Thomas Peake and Francis Eld Peake (sons of his brother Samuel Peake 1701-) and nephew Samuel Tunnicliffe.
