Thomas Hollis was the son of Nathaniel Hollis and his wife nee Frances Masterton.
He married Sarah Scott of Wolverhampton. She was born on 16 June 1724. They had one child, Thomas Hollis 1720-1774.
Thomas Hollis was a Citizen of London, being made free of the Drapers' Company on 27 December 1704. He was appointed Warden of the Company in 1734 (1).
Thomas Hollis died on 20 June 1735.
